Ugnius is a professional codriver, who expands his career into a team manager role. In most cases, being a codriver equals to a team coordinator. Throughout the career, Ugnius has been working with multiple drivers and teams, varying in scope of team members from just a few to couple of dozens, from local to foreign teams. His gathered precious experience in coordinating the whole rally event course for a team – work plan, schedules, fuel and tires strategy, accommodation, recce program, and etc. – ensures a smooth, thorough and discipline work process.
Besides, Ugnius know-how of structuring the pacenotes, set of skills of the codriver can help to improve crews performance.
